Peanut Smoothie

A classic smoothie recipes, banana and peanut butter makes for a very thick drink. You might need to add extra milk to thin this down for drinking.

Ingredients:

1/2c non fat cottage cheese
1/3c Byrd Mill peanut flour (12%)
2/3c milk
1/2 banana sliced
2-3 tbsp strawberry jelly

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Add about 10 ice cubes, blend until slushy. Makes 1 large serving.
