Easy to make, classic peanut butter cookie recipe, made with our Byrd Mill Peanut Flour!
Ingredients:
1cup Byrd Mill peanut flour
1/3cup sugar
1cup light brown sugar packed
1cup butter
2 eggs
2cups Patrick Henry all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1cup dry-roasted peanuts, optional
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degress. In a mixing bowl or food precessor, combine peanut flour, brown sugar and butter. Blend until smooth. Add eggs, flour, baking soda, salt and nuts if desired. Form into large marble sized balls and roll in granulated sugar. Flatten balls. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Yield 4 dozen cookies.
