Easy to make, classic peanut butter cookie recipe, made with our Byrd Mill Peanut Flour!
Ingredients:
1 cup Byrd Mill peanut flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup light brown sugar packed
1 cup butter
2 eggs
2 cups Patrick Henry all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup dry-roasted peanuts, optional
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degress. In a mixing bowl or food precessor, combine peanut flour, brown sugar and butter. Blend until smooth. Add eggs, flour, baking soda, salt and nuts if desired. Form into large marble sized balls and roll in granulated sugar. Flatten balls. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Yield 4 dozen cookies.
